Customers that qualify for Customer Support Services are entitled to these services. For questions related to Customer Support and whether or not you qualify, please check with the support team for verification. The program includes the following services and is subject to a user registration procedure. l l l l Access to Technical Support Service (TSS): Customer Support for problems related to software use post installation Access to Technical Support Website (TSW): Web site including amongst others, information such as Frequently Asked Questions and technical documentation about products. Technical Support Website (TSW) Incidents reported prior to July 2015 (Rightnow Portal) Access to Rightnow Portal through Operations Intelligence, Safety & Conceptual Engineering Services Customer Support Site (https://www.siemens.com/energy/sw-support) is available to all customers registered as a TSS user. TSW contains technical information such as Technical Documentation and Useful Hints. Customers are requested to check the status of incidents reported prior to July 2015 in the Rightnow Portal. After July 2015, this portal will no longer accept new Incident Requests. Incidents reported after July 2015 will be available in the SIOS portal below. Incidents reported after July 2015 (SIOS Portal) Access to Siemens Industry Online Support (SIOS) (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/#?lc=en-WW) is available to all registered users. User must be registered at the SIOS portal to be able to request service. User can register directly on the portal by clicking the above URL and then clicking Register in the upper right portion of the page. Note: The SIOS portal is the recommended means for requesting support. This section contains a description of the new features introduced in this version. Each feature is described and, where appropriate, possible consequences and conclusions or restrictions are mentioned. 1.1 Major Enhancements This current release of PSAIMTM 1.4 does not include any major enhancements. 1.2 Minor Enhancements This current release of PSAIMTM 1.4 provides minor enhancements with the following features: l l l l Enable users to view data from the software by improved reporting functionality which covers 25 new Standard Reports that can be downloaded in Microsoft Word, Excel or PDF formats covering the following types o Inspection activity schedules o Corrosion monitoring reports o Valve schedule reports o Status reports o Deficiency and recommendation reports Improvements in the search and filtering functions to allow the user to use wildcard "*" A new feature for 4 new Color Graphic Reports has been added to view TML line graphs, TML Bar Graphs, Eq/Circ ID summary and grid TML thickness. A new feature for Data Integrity through Screen Locks has been implemented to allow users to be sure that adding or editing information in the database will not be overwritten or lost by another user's access to the same equipment. This feature is to be used in server installation mode. l Customizable units of measure now allow units in custom reports to match configuration settings. l Error corrections for incidents reported by other customers. l l l The ERP interface has been improved so that ERP system work orders sent to PSAIM do not require approval as these activities have already gone through an approval process and are ready to be executed. Upgrades to Third Party Software: o Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 o Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014 o Operating system upgrade to Microsoft Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1, 10 o Upgrade to interface with AutoCAD 2016 Update to use ASME BPVC 2013/2015 stress tables in US customary and metric units 1.3 Known Issues This section describes limitations in this PSAIMTM 1.4 release that may be resolved at a future time. The following known issues include: 6 1 What's New in PSAIMTM 1.4? l When an equipment or component is opened by a user, which locks the equipment, an admin is allowed to unlock the other user without the other user's knowledge. This feature is available to ensure that the database can be accessed even when an event occurs where the equipment or component remain locked even when the user is offsite and forgot to unlock the equipment. Unlocking the equipment from another user should only be done after confirming that the user no longer needs to lock the equipment. 7
